Scientechnic recently organised a financial well-being session for its employees. Financial pressures not only cause anxiety put also affect ones performance at work.
Conducted by experts from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, the session included tips on the five P’s namely - Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. The investment planning process, advice on monitoring, rebalancing and reviewing ones portfolio, along with factors to determine ones risk threshold were shared. The session ended with a discussion on the common misconceptions of saving and financial planning.

Have control over day-to-day, month-to-month finances
Have the capacity to absorb a financial shock;
Are on track to meet your financial goals to make the choices that allow you to enjoy life.
