The Building Technologies division won the contract with Habtoor Leighton Group LLC. for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete fire protection system for Al Habtoor Residences.

Al Habtoor Residences consists of three residential towers with 1,460 luxury apartments, 11 penthouses including two VIP penthouses over a four-storey podium. It is part of the Al Habtoor City development located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal.

The solutions provided included fire fighting systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, clean agent gas extinguishing systems, pre-action and deluge systems. The consultant for the project was W.S. Atkins, one of the world’s most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies.
