Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)  is one of the top ten global financial centres and the leading financial hub in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region. It features ultra-modern office spaces, retail outlets, cafes & restaurants, art galleries, residential apartments, public green areas and hotels.

The Gate Building is the first building of DIFC, and serves as the landmark for the city’s financial district. It is a 15-storey office building which houses the Dubai Stock Exchange and forms a gateway to the Financial Centre.

Scientechnic Lighting Solutions was entrusted the project of the refurbishment of exterior lights to the Gate Building. The scope of work included the supply,  installation, testing  and commissioning of landscape lights and LED illumination to the side area, curved wall and upper landscape areas.  Landscape lights from Castaldi, ERCO and WE-EF were used to perfectly enhance the visual appeal of the exteriors of the building, which is the cornerstone of the financial district of Dubai.

Scientechnic hired the services of Johnson Technical Services for the installation of the vibrant and energy efficient lights.
